Why Choose a Bay Window?

More than just a window, it's a lifestyle upgrade.

Increased Floor Space

The projecting design physically extends your room's footprint. It's the perfect spot for a cozy reading nook, window seat, or decorative display.

Maximized Natural Light

With glass panels on three sides, bay windows capture sunlight from different angles throughout the day, keeping your room brighter for longer.

Enhanced Curb Appeal

Bay windows add depth and character to your home's exterior. They break up flat walls and add a touch of Victorian-style elegance.

Bay Configurations

We customize the shape to fit your home's architecture.

90° Box Bay

A rectangular shape with a flat front and two sides at 90-degree angles. Ideal for maximizing floor space and seating areas.

135° Splayed Bay

The most popular style with gentler angles. It offers a softer appearance and a wider panoramic view of the outdoors.

Bow Window

Composed of 4 or more casement windows joined at shallow angles to create a beautiful, curved appearance.

Bay Window FAQs

Yes, often bay windows support the weight of the roof above. We use reinforced bay poles (jacks) that go through the uPVC frame to ensure the structure remains solid and safe, preventing any sagging or damage.

In many cases, yes! This requires constructing a new base (plinth) or using strong support brackets if it's a hanging bay. Our team can assess your wall structure to see if this upgrade is possible for your home.

It's entirely up to you. Typically, the side panels are openers (casements) for ventilation, and the large front panel is fixed for a clear view. However, we can make all sections openable if you prefer maximum airflow.
